Meditation for Health is a secular medical program that is suitable for people of all faiths and philosophies. However, forms of mindfulness practice can be found in all the world’s great religions, and many of our graduates continue MBSR by bringing this practice into their spiritual life.
This is the bibliography we offer to interested patients in our program. Each title is linked to Amazon.ca to provide you with more information.
